Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 12 July 2026
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, so all refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.
1. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time — through the link in your Paddle receipt email or by writing to support@terrasov.dev. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you are not charged again, and access to the Library continues until the end of the paid period plus a 7-day grace window. We do not issue partial-period refunds for time remaining after a cancellation.
2. EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.
The subscription gives access to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. By activating repository access, you request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once access is granted (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
If you have not activated repository access, you may withdraw within the 14-day period and receive a full refund.
3. Billing errors and duplicate charges
Charges made in error — duplicate transactions, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or incorrect amounts — are refunded in full through Paddle. Report them to us and we will correct them.
4. How to request a refund
Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or write to support@terrasov.dev quoting the order number from the receipt. Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method; funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first — a refund through Paddle is almost always faster than a card dispute, which can take weeks and freezes the transaction while it is investigated.
