Terms of service
1. The service
TerraSov provides subscription access to a private repository of Terraform modules, CI policies and compliance documentation ("the Library"). Checkout, billing and VAT are handled by Paddle as merchant of record; Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.
2. License
While subscribed, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the number of seats in your plan to use the Library to build and operate infrastructure — your own or your clients'. Infrastructure you deploy remains yours and keeps working if you cancel.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish the Library source, the policy pack or the evidence guides, or use them to build a competing library.
3. Seats
A seat is one GitHub account with access to the Library. Seats can be reassigned a reasonable number of times (fair use); sharing one account between people is not permitted.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime from the Paddle receipt email or by contacting support. Access continues to the end of the paid period plus a 7-day grace window. For consumers in the EU, statutory withdrawal rights apply to the first 14 days; by activating repo access you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the withdrawal right is lost once access is granted.
5. No compliance guarantee
The Library implements technical controls and documents their mapping to ISO 27001:2022, BSI C5:2020, ENS and GDPR. It does not by itself make your organisation certified or compliant, and does not constitute legal advice. Certification decisions belong to your auditor or certification body.
6. Warranty and liability
The Library is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after the notice period is acceptance.
8. Governing law
Spanish law. Courts of [CITY], Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venues.
